Due to the nature of international events, there are no refunds on this event. If you cannot make the event or need to cancel, credit can be given to you for future training seminars or for monthly training at VirtualNinjaTraining.com.

If the event has to be cancelled due to a factor related to the organizer, we will attempt to reschedule the event. If the event cannot be rescheduled, refunds will be issued minus an administrative fee to cover the cost of the event, or full credit can be issued for use in classes at VirtualNinjaTraining.com

Only paid registrants can attend the training - no observers or guests.

The organizers reserve the right to eject, without refund, any person who has not paid for participation in the event or who, at the sole discretion of the organizer, is deemed to be dangerous or offensive to participants and teachers. Any person who fails to follow the rules and/ or instructions from the organizers or staff can, at the sole discretion of the organizer, be ejected from the event without a refund.

Participants shall refrain from the use of any alcoholic or other mind altering substances during training and shall conduct themselves appropriately during off site seminar activities, including, but not limited to, the seminar dinner.

No participant shall make for sale any item during the seminar without the explicit permission of the organizer. Any person who fails to abide by this may, at the sole discretion of the organizer, be ejected from the event without a refund.

Video or photography of the material presented is expressly forbidden without permission of the organizer. Time will be given for group photos or pictures of participant's activities. Any participant who fails to abide by this rule may, at the sole discretion of the organizer, be ejected from the event without a refund.

For the safety of the event and all participants, no live weapons are allowed within the training hall.
